Could you please tell me if anyone can go into your account and just take it? If your on Soc. Security can anyone go in and attach your money.

Only somebody legally entitled to take the money can do so. You, as the account owner, have that right. However, sometimes the courts grant that right to other people/organizations. If you are on Social Security or have limited assets, the courts may limit how much anybody can take, so you should prove that it is a hardship if they’re taking too much.
