As we celebrate another Earth Day, it's worth noting how banking can be done in a more sustainable manner. All things green seem to have taken prominence recently, as extraordinary weather and high gas prices have renewed our attention. We're even making ethanol out of corn, which suggests some sort of "green bubble". Anyway, NetBanker.com recently highlighted a number of stories about how online banking can help the environment. Do you need any more motivation? Most of these news stories also mention that online bill pay and direct deposit are safer than traditional paper methods.
