ING Direct - 9 Month CD at 3.25% APY

ING Direct raised rates on their 9 month CD today. Who knows why the 9 month product got singled out, but it's a pretty good deal for a CD that doesn't have high minimums. The yield went from 2.5% APY to 3.25% APY.
