Justin has worked for large financial firms and served in small credit unions, and he founded a fee-only financial planning practice, Approach Financial Planning in Montrose, Colorado.

Justin is the author of "The Everything Improve Your Credit Book" and is a ghostwriter for financial services clients. He has worked behind the scenes on several publications as a technical reviewer and editor. Justin has an MBA from the University of Colorado. He completed the CFP education program from The College for Financial Planning and passed the CFP exam in 2009. He also has an M.S. in information systems and a bachelor's degree in Spanish literature and language from the University of Colorado.
