Mint.com recently enhanced their services, allowing more customization and providing more ways to keep an eye on your finances.
They've enhanced the spending categories, so you can track your budget wit more detail. I saw a demo of the product, and learned that you can add custom categories - which is was a nice surprise. You can even "tag" transactions for more sophisticated searching, slicing, and dicing.
If you need to track your finances but are concerned about how hard it is to set everything up, Mint.com might be a good option. The goal is to get you set up within 5 to 10 minutes, and Mint's systems categorize most spending for you by default.
I haven't used the service, but I'm more tempted after seeing the improved functionality. If you use Mint, please let us know what you love and hate most.
