Bank of America has been closing credit cards without notice recently. If you have a card with B of A, you should keep an eye on it.
The account closures seem to be on cards that don't get used. When cards just sit in your wallet, banks don't make any money and there's a risk that you'll run up debt if you run into trouble.
It's best to use cards regularly if you want to keep them. Get a tank of gas now and then, or use a credit card for a recurring monthly payment.
Chase slashed credit limits and closed accounts starting last year, and Bank of America seems to be on a card-closing campaign as well.
