Getting a Handle on Mobile Banking

Mobile banking is here, but still in its infancy.  Few consumers view their bank accounts - much less make payments on mobile devices.

According to Jeff Dennes, who has experience helping customers get with the program, that's going to change.  The problem is that we just don't understand mobile banking yet.  Dennes had success getting USAA Bank customers to embrace technology in recent years.

Mobile banking will allow you to do more than just look at your account and move money (the same things you can do on an old-fashioned computer).  You'll also be able to make payments at retail shops and restaurants, and accomplish other tasks that are too hard to imagine right now.

Are you excited about mobile banking?  What would you do with it?  Tell us about it in the comments.
