With all the changes out there (new fees, bank mergers and failures, and distrust of banks), a new bank is more appealing to a lot of consumers. Some go to credit unions and small banks, and some are giving online banking a shot. Consumers Union wants to collect stories and study the process of changing banks.
They can use your input even if you've decided not to switch. Maybe you figured it'd be too much trouble, or that the competition isn't really that much better? Let them know so they can get more information out there.
