Thursday April 28, 2005
If you're low on cash, you're not alone. One of the best ways to improve your financial situation is to make a plan. Find out what you've got coming in, what's going out, and what you're keeping. Once you have the numbers in front of you, see what sticks out. You'll be amazed what you discover from just mapping things out.

The process can be as simple or complex as you like. For ideas to get you started, visit About.com's Financial Planning site. You'll get budgeting and saving ideas, and some techniques you can use right away.
