Nigerian Email Scam

I recently heard about somebody falling for the Nigerian email scam. Here's a general rule of thumb: don't send money to anybody in Nigeria unless you actually know the person. I have no doubt that Nigeria has a wealth of wonderful and honest people. However, there are enough bad apples that you need to watch it. Often, they'll try for a cashier's check scam to get your money.
