If I could possibly submit a -100 for this bank of scumbags I would. They have screwed me and my fiance out of several hundreds on multiple occasions. Waiting for deposits to come in, holding them, posting the largest transaction to overdraft an account, and then multiple small ones to rack up $30 fees and THEN depositing incoming cash. Telling us there's nothing they can do. And lying in our faces.
They had offered us overdraft protection or to opt out so we cannot, absolutely, under no circumstances be overdrafted and that overdraft amounts would be denied. I had a 2 dollar fee on paypal and it tipped us into an overdraft - $30 fee. I asked them how this was possible since I was opted out. They explained that they could alter the policy at any given time and there was nothing I could do about it. Apparently they allow paypal transactions to overdraft regardless of what the customer wants and had formally agreed to.
Also, on several occasions, their tellers have stated out personal information such as account numbers, account balances, social numbers, and various other things very loudly while other customers were standing right there, making it feel as though I cannot even be safe about my personal information with them. I will certainly be switching banks and will never recommend them to another soul again.
