Bank of Military Bank sucks

They have been our bank for 20+ years, first by banks of another name who were bought out by BofA. They have recently been cutting services to us, and saying that they "are no longer available" to Military bank members. I'm not talking about obscure little things, I'm talking about being able to Deposit into an ATM and being able to have the mobile banking for smart phones. Of all the people who would most use such services, the military customers would be it. So, if you are a military member, stay away. Go with USAA, who has top-notch customer service. Even though they don't have branch offices, they refund ATM machines and you are able to deposit checks simply by scanning them to them! You don't even have to go to an ATM!

Chase with bank of america

There is no comparison, Chase is much better bank. Bank of america's customer service sucks big time. Even their representive admited that Chase is better bank. I would highly suggest to choose Chase over lower standard almost going out of business bank of america.

National City

First, I opened this account only because of the 163.00 GIFT they were giving. Let me tell you the more then got all that back from me. I was orginally told I would get that "gift" in 2 weeks from opening the account. I did not get it for 3 MONTHS. While waiting on the deposit for that I spoke with three different people at differnet times, was told 3 totally different things and still when all was said and done was never sure what the truth was. Also, this bank LOVES to take credits before deposits even tho the deposit was put into their hands before the charges were made..giving you a 36.00 fee everytime!! In short I have NEVER had any problems with my banking while being with a credit union. I have had NOTHING but problems and MAJOY attitudes from this bank. There is absolutely NO CARE for customers. I also waited almost 2 weeks for a return response regarding issues on the account. I would recommend this bank for people who have MONEY TO LOOSE cause that's what you will do

new alliance bank

WArning: New Alliance charges you $15 for "inactivity" and then there are additional charges if the account remains inactive. I closed my account within a week of receiving the inactive notice and the charges had reached almost $30 (for them to do nothing).

Bank of America - NY, NY

HAS BEEN STELLAR. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ACCOUNTS WITH THEM BOTH FOR CREDIT AND CHECKING. WHEN THE ATM AT ANOTHER BANK ATE MY CARD IN AZ, THEY REPLACED IT INSTANTLY. WHEN I LOST MY WALLET, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN CANCELLING MY CARDS AND ISSUING ME NEW ONES. AS WELL AS EXPLAINING MY RIGHTS IF MY CARDS WERE CHARGED BEFORE I CANCELLED THEM. additional: MANY LOCATIONS, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOW COST ACCOUNTS, MANY CREDIT CARD OPTIONS AND THEY CREDIT DEPOSITS RIGHT AWAY UNLIKE SOME OTHER BANKS.

Chase - Georgia

Where do I start. Chase has done me absolutely awful! They are the ONLY blemish on my credit report. I went one month late on one payment and then they reversed the 18 months 0 interest deal and charged me ALL of the interest that had accrued in the meantime. It was like $700 that was added to my minumum payment, yes I had to pay the whole thing in one month. I understand if that was fine print in the contract or whatever, but I just don't believe in dirty dealings like that. They also charged me a $39 late fee. WOW, that is a high late fee. On top of all of that, they reported me to the credit bureau on one late payment and refused to reverse it when I requested it after I paid 2/3 the balance. It held me back on a home loan. Basically they screwed me over from every angle, even when they didn't gain money. STAY AWAY FROM CHASE!!!!

Regions - Birmingham, AL

Save yourself a load of headaches and wasted time - REGIONS IS THE WORST BANK IN EXISTANCE! They charged me $200 in overdraft fees for the first time being overdrawn - due to a contract agreement closure with Directv that forced a debit to my checking account for my last bill. They lie. No one has any ability to waive fees - not Branch Managers, Online Bankers and Corporate is elusive. I ma
