Use Your Debit Card and Keep the Change?

Bank of America is trying a new strategy. For purchases made with your debit card, the bank will round up the purchase amount to the next dollar. Those extra pennies get deposited to your savings account. I'll give them credit because it makes saving automatic and easy, but I don't think this will make major changes in our savings rate.
