We recently talked about using Debit vs Credit cards. Much of the debate has to do with consumer protection. The laws governing consumer protection when you use a debit card are part of Regulation E. Blueprint for Financial Prosperity recently covered Regulation E, and highlighted that
"It’s not particularly long and it’s written in easy to understand language"

can somebody tell me if i have any rights getting my money back from a debit purchase over the phone. i paid £117 for my daughter to have a photo shoot with a modelling agency believing it was in my area and its turned out to be in london miles from where we live
