USAA - Deposit Checks With USAA

Follow me on:

USAA bank continues to make it easier to get money into your account. The bank was a pioneer in remote check deposit, allowing you to deposit checks from home by scanning them with your computer and sending in an image. You can also deposit checks using your smartphone's camera.

Now, you have one more option. Some UPS stores will process check deposits for USAA customers. All you need to bring is your debit card and the check.

For those who don't have smartphones, or those who've been unable to get remote deposit technology to work, this is a nice addition. UPS store employees become bank tellers who can help get deposits made.

I don't know how many people will take advantage of this feature, but it makes USAA even more attractive. It's a sign that they continue to try and make life easy for customers -- hopefully more banks will catch on.

However, one hitch with USAA is that the remote deposit service is not available to all account holders. Before signing up for the convenience of depositing checks at home, make sure you'll be allowed to do so.

It is always good for a bank and company to diversify, more options means more clients, i encounter on a shop the old card slide machine simply because the reader was broken, still i bought on the store otherwise would have left.

Your product is a fantastic asset
